Operations Executive, E-commerce

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Put daily tasks plans.

- Deal with new customer orders, validate product

availability with vendor and confirm order with customer.

- Follow up shipping process.

- Check order delivery and customer satisfaction.

- Develop periodic operations reports.

- Facilitate correspondence on the Executive Director’s

behalf and manage his e-mail inbox while exercising

initiative, discretion and confidentiality.

- Provide administrative support for the daily operations

process.

- Perform other duties as required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- 1-3 years of experience in ECommerce fulfillment &

operations

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Learning Agility

- Collaboration & Influence

- Drives Results

- Problem solver

- Bachelor’s degree of any discipline required.
